Real Estate Inspection
If you are considering purchasing a home in the St. Louis Metro East area, you most likely have a property inspection service that will be reviewing your potential property. In most cases, a comprehensive inspection of the septic system is not part of this service. Shults Septic provides licensed real estate septic inspections. We check every component of the septic system. Our report will detail the overall condition of the system and if any necessary maintenance or repairs are needed.
Excavating + Restoration
After the installation of a new septic system, your yard could be left with disturbed grass that will need to be restored. We will excavate the ground back to grade, reseed the disturbed area, and provide erosion control. This will get your yard back to its original condition.
